Ultimate Quantum AI, LLC ("Ultimate Quantum", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company, operates this website and the Orderline service. We are the controller of the information this website collects.
2. What we collect
- Information you send us. If you request a quote, you give us your name, organization, work email, phone number and details about your facilities and systems. The quote form composes the request on your device; we receive it when you send it to us by email.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs when pages are requested, such as the IP address, browser type, pages viewed and time of the request, to keep the site running and secure.
- Fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files from Google, which may record your IP address under its own privacy policy.
The site does not set advertising cookies and does not use third-party analytics or tracking pixels. If that changes, this policy will be updated first. [Confirm when deployed.]
3. How we use it

- To operate, secure and improve the website.

Quote requests and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a customer, for the duration of the relationship and the period required by law. Server logs are kept for a short, rolling period by our hosting provider.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you from this website, or to stop contacting you, by writing to the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them as they apply. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.
7. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
This website is intended for organizations and their staff. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. The Orderline service and family pages
Information about residents, orders and facility operations inside the Orderline service belongs to the facility, agency or commissary operator that uses the service, and is processed under its subscription agreement with us. Information families enter in a shop or funding page is processed on behalf of the commissary operator that runs that page; payments are submitted to that operator's own payment gateway and card details are not stored by Orderline. Questions about those pages should go to the operator named on them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
